In large bowl com bine oil, granulated
garlic and onion, oregano, pepper, and the

teaspoon salt; set aside. Trim fat from
m eat. C ut m eat in 1-inch cubes. Add m eat
to oil m ixture; toss to coat evenly. Let stand
at room tem perature 30 m inutes.

processor com bine avocado, cucum ber,
m int, sour cream , lime juice,

Cover and process until nearly sm ooth,
stopping to scrape sides as necessary.
